Bridges of the Tyne

My annual 5-mile  trot along the Tyne tonight was my slowest, but strangely by no means my most disappointing. Preparation has not been ideal, so I was pleased with my time. Also proud to now be one of just three runners to have completed all eleven events, since 2012
