Or Geocaching in Birmingham as an alternative title.

Paul and I caught the train down to Birmingham for a spot of geocaching today. With some walking alongside canals involved it seemed a perfect opportunity to photograph a bridge on a new canal for me, the Birmingham Canal Navigations (Newhall Branch). This is the first bridge on the Newhall Branch and to the right of me, out of the picture, is the junction with the Birmingham Canal Navigations Main Line. This junction is known as Deep Cuttings Junction. The Newhall branch is very short and links into the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal.

Paul is on the edge of the picture noting down some information for a virtual cache I had already done about 7 years ago
