Singing Full Throttle

This little song sparrow was high up in an evergreen tree in my back neighbors yard.  My long lens that I recently had fixed worked well to get a shot as it was very far away so I was pleased.  R and I were sitting out on the deck listening to them singing and I was able to spot them in the tree so I went and grabbed the long lens.  Im thrilled to have it back in working order and now I'll be spending a bit more time out  back listening for others birds!   
      Had a great massage and they worked on stuff to help me continue improving.....we also laughed a LOT and then R and I did a costco run and home to  relax.  Later it was nice as the kids, Dil and Comments Only and Branch stopped by to say hi.  That's the best part of living here...having casual drop ins and the kids gave us each kisses and hugs.. Did my PT and tomorrow I go in to do the PT then we are taking Z to the sciience museum here and seeing Despicables 4.  M has art camp with her chosen cousin friend:)
