Holiday present from Catterick

Well, its been a family tradition that when you return home from a spell away whether on business or pleasure you bring home a wee present for everyone - something usually very small or trivial. S surpassed it all this time.
She managed to bring home a pair of English NHS crutches - woohoo - not.
Courtesy of Northallerton Hospital after being seen for a further tear to her already partially torn anterior cruciate ligament and now the cartilage. Oh joy - what a great way to get out of participating in all the fun things at school army cadet camp - she spent the rest of the week stuck in the dorm on her bed. Poor soul. So we are off to the physio tomorrow for a further check and then back to the orthopod who has to make the final decision whether to go in or not for a dig around in her knee.
This was only be topped by her best friend K falling over S's crutches whilst exiting the bus when they got back to school and she too has a set of crutches and a suspected fractured ankle!
