The Little Mermaid.

We went to Waitrose in Cowbridge this morning, although the getting presentable was a bit stressful. I did manage to put some mascara and lipstick on, so that made me feel a bit better. We went for a coffee afterwards as well.  I asked J to take a photo for me , but it didn't turn out as planned , so this a cheats blip that I took last week. I've just had a text from the hospital for my check up appointment which is a week today.
