The Cable Ferry

The Simcoe Islander 2 is the 2023 cable ferry that runs between Simcoe Island and Wolfe Island. It carries 8 cars (or 1 transport truck). The previous ferry (1964) held just 3 cars with no capability of a transport truck. Before 1964, Simcoe was a very isolated island.
