Last before the election

I was wrong the other day: there was another leaflet drop to complete.  Against my better judgement I delivered another set of leaflets, the day before the General Election.  I can't help feeling that this deluge of leaflets is risking irritating the target audience.

But here is one of my deliveries, walking down this old lane to the house next to the motorhome visible on the left.  The path does not lead to the large house in the distance, so my delivery to that household required a drive through the lanes for a couple of miles to a locked electric gate and a large postbox.

I suspect that many leaflets will have found their way directly to the bin, but I had a couple of fun chats along the way . . .

It's not the most prepossessing of scenes, attractive though the countryside might be, but I was trying out a wideangle attachment for the camera.  It seems to work well.
