Was able to help my sister with emails to the car insurance companies- she’s really stressed by how impersonal the service is. Most info is requested by email. She replies and it takes a day before they answer, usually asking for more info. Today we replied to yesterday’s request and got an email 4 hours later asking for exactly the same info.
I was able to get a supermarket shop done too.
Mum came in from respite & got a very lovely welcome.
