The summer's quest!

This is Helianthemum canadense (Rockrose, Canada Frost Weed) and it is provincially threatened and nationally of concern. It has a cool reproductive biology that interests me, but more importantly may provide insight into its demise in local habitats. I may get answers sometime in the future, maybe not, but at the very least I get to travel to areas of Nova Scotia that may provide a few snappy blips...
