Reeves Muntjac

I had my yearly GP review this morning and also my yearly blood tests. These were at different times, so two trips to the surgery with just enough time, between the appointments to go home and drink a mug of coffee. Then a trip to the pharmacy; also I voted on the way home. Those events took up most of the morning!
 
Today’s picture is of a small Reeves Muntjac, taken very early this morning in poor light; it was over by our southern boundary in a part of the garden where the weeds are allowed to grow; mostly stinging nettles!
 
The temperature at noon today was eighteen degrees Celsius.
