Home at a reasonable time after a stopover in London for the company's annual 6-a-side tournament... which I missed due to a spectacularly overrunning meeting with a group of customers in a particularly vitriolic and repetitive mood.

Lucky for them they are always right...

So I went to the pub with everyone from work and proceeded to get horrendously drunk. It was what they would've wanted.
