Plants For Sale

The Hyde Park nursery generously opens its doors a couple of times a year to the Friends of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens to buy plants that are left over from the season's planting.

Today there was an amazing selection of beautiful summer plants. I went along and filled a couple of carrier bags with flowers for my back garden.

After this I carted my carrier bags to the evening meeting of the photo society. A fascinating set of presentations on Columbia, Longhorn cattle in Epping Forest and the cultural heritage of electric milk floats. All projects being undertaken by members. A good evening.
