A calm view

It's Polling day today and it started with a sunny outlook.  I headed out for the water fitness class and later in the morning went to vote.  The sun has been coming and going throughout my walk and as I strolled along the beach it was out.  A few people were sitting in the seats enjoying the view or eating their lunch, the sea was very calm with the lovely sound of gentle waves causing the pebbles to slowly roll in the sea.

I returned home for lunch and a relaxing afternoon.  Our son was planning on visiting before going on to Cornwall for a few days with his friends but unfortunately he doesn't feel well and thinks he has flu.  Bad timing for him.
