Beyond grief.

Today was one of those days when I am so grateful for being a child of God. Grateful for having living Christian friends and a small group who pray . I woke up to a message from my brother asking me to ring him. He lives in Spain along with my sister and a niece . My nephew David who is the dad of baby Olivia who was born at the new year passed away yesterday with a heart attack. He was 41. I am still processing this as he is only a year younger than our Matthew . My sister should be in the Uk by now. She must be beyond devastated but I know will stay strong for his siblings . He was very close to Daniel who is in bits. David's partner is staying with Daniel at the moment with the baby.
Christie and I went to the mall and we came home to this on the front lawn. The boys had been digging the soil up from the side of the house to lay a gravel path . It is amazing how much they have done since we were here at Easter.
