Baby Bouquetin/Ibex

10 years ago I came across a crèche of baby bouquetin in the same place as you can see here. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/4521995  . Wildmint and her husband came to join me to see if we could find them here again. We weren’t disappointed and stayed to watch the antics (extra) of some older bouquetin for an hour and a half before we continued to the summit. All the way up the Dent d’Oche we saw female bouquetin posing on the edges of cliffs (extra). What a fantastic walk this is with views to the Mont Blanc range on one side and toward the Bernese Oberland on the opposite side. I’m sure I did not feel this tired 10 years ago when I got back to the house!
