Barking up the wrong tree!

I was on my way back to school to pick up the girls at 4pm as they have gymnastics after school on a Friday.
Saw a squirrel at the foot of the trees, it looked across at me and didn't seem bothered, until this dog came bounding around the corner barking it's head off! The squirrel, of course, was off like a shot straight up the tree trunk. The dog remained at the bottom barking until I was through the gate.
When we went to school this morning it was raining. The girls said 'Are you going to wear your lollipop man jacket Grandad?". Yes, I was, as it's the best jacket for heavy rain, but I did find it rather warm because it's also designed for the winter.
I didn't tell them it's my Vulcan to the Sky jacket, from when I used to volunteer with XH558.
