The world’s longest skis

A museum day today. We started at the West Telemark museum in Eidsborg to learn about the cultural and industrial history of the region before heading on to the Norwegian Ski Museum in Morgedal. We then walked from Morgedal up to Øverbø, a tiny hamlet up in the hills where Sondre Norheim was born. Norheim is known as the father of Telemark skiing, and is the pioneer of modern skiing. Not so easy to visit places here as Koj isn’t allowed in anywhere so we have to tag team her. But easy enough to make it work, and we’ve had another amazing day.
