Popped out to pick a prescription up at lunchtime, these signs make me chuckle every time I pass them. If you speak Welsh the lights are 3 way and if you speak English the lights are 4 way. The lights are there for the construction of a rebuilt railway "station" it's doubling in size from 1 to 2 platforms. Trouble is one of the sets of lights is at the entrance to the local surgery making a trip to the doctor's or pharmacy more interesting. I usually opt out and walk from around the corner so only have to run the gauntlet of the lights once and don't have to deal with the parking issues at the surgery.
