domestic goddess weekend!

i have been babysitting my landlady's grand daughter all weekend, and thought it would be a good idea to bake another of my friends a birthday cake. Having a nightmare of a time last time me and Charlotte did some baking i was determind this time i was going to keep calm and make sure everything i needed was where i could find it! And hey presto we not only made this yummy chocolate cake, we also made a victoria sponge cake; a dozen chocolate orange muffins ( not a great success but edible ) and loads of little short cake type biscuits that resembled micheal jackson and madonna :-)
On the whole i am well chuffed with myself :-)
