Kaffe und kuchen

Spent today making Blackforest cake (layering with whipping cream and ganche to be done) and käshekuchen for John’s leaving party picnic tomorrow. I made two extra’s one to give to Max, since he is a fab of Käshekuchen, and was amazingly surprised when I was able to translate his Mum’s recipe in German to English in seconds using Chat GPT. Although, I am annoyed at him for not agreeing to watch Inside Out with me, I think this cake would make him happy! Hopefully John, Sabine, Matle, Leo and others would be happy for cakes as well!
