Plant ladies

It has been the church fete today and although we had torrential rain while everything was being set up we had a dry afternoon although it continued to be cold. I was in charge of the whack a mole store and had great fun playing psychological games with the children and some competitive parents who were hoping to give the moles a headache…

The stalls are all scattered around the churchyard so it is an interesting venue,

These ladies were in charge of the plant stall which was incredibly good value for money. Most of the plants were 50p and people come every year to see what is on offer
