I Love the Sound...

...of Chainsaws in the Morning - Not!  But it had to be done....Eight trees gone...and more trimming of dead limbs to be done next week...(extra)

 What a mess...but the trunks have been cut  into sections ready for splitting..and a big part of the debris can be burned tomorrow - that is, if the fire danger is still OK for burning. In the meantime, later today, we can move the items that were taken out of harm's way back to where they belong - the canoe, paddle boards, the bird feeders, and the kids' swing..and restore some sense of order again after all the chaos...

It was another hot hot day requiring swims to cool off...My daughter continued her lessons on the kite foil and made some measurable progress! Not bad for 57!
