What a day, absolutely hammering down with rain at midday, followed by brilliant sunshine, followed by a violent hailstorm!  I can't believe this is summer in the uk! At least it's not cold.  Not done a lot except the usual prepping and some cooking for the week. I made a delicious Mediterranean couscous salad, with lots of fresh veggies. A bit disappointed with the tasteless radishes, but loads of fresh mint from the garden added some good flavour.  Have cancelled my little Airbnb break for later in the year. Sorry to those I  was possibly meeting up with. Other commitments, and a big expense with the Oz trip in December, has brought me to this decision...:)
