Adam the Sailor!

Adam arrived early from his Gran’s this morning and it was so lovely to see him. He is a very caring lad and after he told us about his amazing trip on the tall ship he listened to Frank. We also relayed some funny tales of our misadventures on the narrow boat.
He was only here about an hour then had to go to see his other granny in Kirkby Lonsdale. I bet his grannies love him.
I asked if would want to go on the Tall Ships again but he said he thinks he would like to settle down soon. Of course my next question was ‘Have you got a girlfriend ?’ Yes, he has but she lives in France. 
After lunch Frank and I fell asleep and then we went into Skipton as I had ordered a dress. I tried it on but didn’t like it so it went back straight away.
But on the changing room rail I saw a lovely pair of linen trousers in the sale! They fit perfectly and are pink and red floral, then I found a blouse I liked but didn’t try it on so I’ll see what it is like and whether I could alter it. It’s a bit too flared and I would rather it was straight down but I love the fabric - it has lemons on it! Get me with my bright colours! 
Going to do some tiny knitting now and watch telly.
