Passer By

The briefest glimpses of a female wood duck as she cruised by, on her way to goodness knows where. I hope this is a good sign that we might see more of them later when they fledge. They are such flighty creatures, only showing up for a brief while and soon disturbed.

A few more summer wildflowers beginning to emerge after the early showing of white penstemons start to fade.
