Day out with friends

A rather disturbed sleep which serves me right after the shenanigans of yesterday but it was nothing done tea and toast didn’t put right.

Mr PHL took Phin for a walk whilst I tackled the housework. Our good friends Fiona and Andy arrived at 3 with their two dogs Clyde and Una for a catch up before we headed over to Pencaitland to walk along the railway path. It was a really nice walk and the dogs were nicely tired out for us to head to a lovely pub called the Winton for an early dinner. They are very dog friendly so it felt pretty relaxed.

Food was delicious but after 2 courses, I was stuffed and happy to head home by 9. A quick blip catch up but no time or energy to work through journals.
