Felbrigg
As the weather was rather better than expected, we went over to Felbrigg Hall for a walk around the grounds and walled garden. The garden is beautiful and good to visit at any time of year as there is always something to see. It is gardened organically with chickens roaming around to pick off any grubs or pests that might damage the plants, and there was an entire new generation of pest controllers being taught the ropes by their Mum and Dad. I only managed to get two of them in this shot but there must have been eight or nine of them altogether.
I've added a couple of extras; a view of the dovecote in the walled garden taken across the ornamental pond, and sweet peas!
