Still Visiting

Always lovely to see the blue tit kids returning to the feeder in the garden - evidently 2/3 of young blue tits don't survive their first year. I got two lots of washing done, dried and ironed. I also spent quite a bit of time gardening today as there was a bit of sun and it was a tad warmer. There was a lot of tidying up needed and although I've still got bits to do, I made good progress and the garden bin is now 3/4 full. It's still of concern to see so few bees, next to no butterflies, and how the birds are still dependent on the bird feeders - they don't usually visit much in Summer. My pond is full and more rain is forecast tonight and tomorrow and during the week from the forecast I've just seen. I've also been watching a bit of tennis and enjoyed the last set and a half of the match Fritz won against Zverev
