Clear blue sky this morning on our dog walk.

Took the print I bought at the Open Studios to the framers and chose a mount and frame.  Quick market shop and back home. 

Chiropractor appointment in the early afternoon.  Sadly my last one with Natalia who is due to go on maternity leave before my next appointment in October.  She's helped me with the pain in my jaw a while ago and more recently with my lower back.   Chiropractic really should be on the NHS.   So many people would be spared terrible medication which often is completely ineffective.  

The campion in my blip was a rare find on the grassy patches in the neighbourhood.  By the afternoon it had been mown down.  Very sad. 

Feeling tired after the chiropractor treatment.  An early night is in order.
