Potentilla

Went to Cambo Gardens (near St Andrews) today in beautiful weather. The most remarkable thing I saw was this very long potentilla hedge in full bloom. The extra is looking across the Firth of Forth to a ribbon of cloud over the East Lothian coast in an otherwise clear blue sky.
