Curly carrots

Gavin, Emma and the boys stayed overnight and headed off late morning on their journey to Newcastle. They're catching the ferry to Amsterdam. 
We spent the day putting the house straight after the boys' stay, and getting ready for our holiday. I dug up some new potatoes and some carrots for tea and picked some of our broad beans.
