A Proper Job

Many of the trees in the orchard had grown too big and ungainly and a couple of expert pruners spent today sorting them out.  The work will take another day and a half and there will be a mountain of prunings for the next bonfire..  Tomorrow members of a local garden club are coming to be shown the correct way to prune fruit trees.
