sablet orange

The girls came over this morning. We had lunch on the terrace and then Don and I headed over to Sablet. Met the Crampton family from New Zealand.

D and I then decided to drive to Orange - we weren't that far away - and we got there about 6pm. Unfortunately the roman amphitheatre was closed so we didn't get a chance to see inside it - it's still pretty impressive from the outside! Had a wander about and then found a place to go for dinner. Firstly, the waitress was rude, it was raining on us so we had to move tables, and then I had dirty lettuce in my salad - we still enjoyed it despite all of this :)

Walked to the arc de triomphe, took a few photos and wandered back, via the ice cream shop, to the car :)
