Meatballs

I'm on leave this week and had planned to go out today - the weather is horridable though, so I've been reading and cooking. I've made these pork meatballs; they are not vegan because I used an egg to bind them. They are chock full of herbs from the garden and freshly chopped parsley. I've made a chili & tomato sauce to go with them, they will go in the oven to cook through first.
