Damp
It's been one of those days when I've never really got going. We knew it was likely to be a very wet day so Tony went off to do the supermarket shop and finally use his thank you voucher at the Sports Shop in Otley (he came back with a new pair of trainers). I had to wait in for an important delivery, that is this year's Lagganlia Tour O Tops. There is always a sense of anticipation when they are on their way. Will the design work, what will the youngsters and coaches think of them? It's tinged with a bit of sadness this time around because I decided last summer not to go on Tour again so there is no top in the parcel for me. Tony gave his the seal of approval so hopefully they will go down well.
It continued to rain after lunch so I decided to update my Blurb books and tidy up my files on my computer. I am still getting used to the new Mac so I haven't quite put the laptop to bed yet.
Late afternoon I called down to the Village to drop in a letter to the Trustees following our meeting on Sunday about our Street Project. It is steadily moving forward.
