Busy day.  Crap weather day.  But good news in Physio!

Three weeks ago the strength test I did revealed 16.9kg in the left hand and 12.3kg in the right.  Today, that was up to 22.2kg in the left hand and 15.5kg in the right.  Heading in the right direction but still some ways to go in the right hand.  The pain is still there, just nowhere near as bad.  He showed me how to self massage my hand and forearm.
