Peering Out

A day of very wet walks. Still it was invigorating and Merlin got a good rub down after his walks which will have helped get the pollen and dust out of his coat. To help us along I made a chocolate and beetroot cake. It’s quite a rich cake so I’ve put half of it in the freezer. A bit of Wimbledon watching also took place.

Grateful:
- To start Adrienne’s 30 days of yoga. I fell asleep afterwards I was so relaxed.
- For the vibrant green of the plants and trees which is the result of so much rain.
- That we have drier weather with some sunshine forecast for tomorrow.
