Saltaire .....

..... Blipmeet.

This evening I've been to a very enjoyable blipmeet in Saltaire with Yearofhappy, DrMackem and Snapshotsam.

Yearofhappy had organised the blipmeet ( so of course there was a pub involved ;) ) and came along with her two lovely and very patient daughters. DrMackem very kindly gave me a lift over with him from Ilkley and we both got to meet the lovely Snapshotsam for the first time.

It's been a perfect summer evening, there was a lovely golden glow, a game of cricket being played in the park and groups of people having picknicks, throwing frizbees and couples walking along hand in hand.

After a nice walk around the park taking photos along the way we stopped off for a drink at the boathouse inn next to the river and sat on the steps outside where we chatted about blip, photos, running ( I've a feeling there will be a few blip runs being organised ) and life in general.
