A day of issues

Plugged in my laptop so the HK office could remotely look to see what the issues were, while I went for another pre-op check. 

Procedure now possibly Thursday, and the laptop OS has been incorrectly installed on the slow drive.  So the machine needs wiped and reinstalled again.
