Holy sourdough
You can tell I have had an exciting day as I have blipped my lunch again. Today the sourdough had a big hole in the middle. It came with more home made vegetable soup. I put in all the old vegetables plus some chick peas and there is enough for a week. I use the pressure cooker which takes little time, then blend in the pot. Very easy.
Tonight I need to concoct a dish with left over lamb roast. We are sick of curry so might use chilli and tomato sauce as the base. What do you do with leftovers?
