I'll miss it when it's gone..

Work continues on getting the place ready for sale. We have had a wonderful second life in Portugal and this house has been at the heart of it. Sadly, we are all falling apart now and the daily trials and tribulations of maintaining a house that we don't live in are too much. It was a good day; tennis went well, I felt quite mobile, had a nice big (for me) swim afterwards. Watched tons of Wimbledon in the afternoon, then lurched out to dinner with a group of tennis friends; all English and Dutch, so the meal was rescheduled from Wednesday to Tuesday. Pleasant evening. I find big dinner groups exhausting & probably should have prepared better - thought of funny anecdotes and things to ask people - but all went well. Home surprisingly late!
