End of the voyage

Quite early in the morning we docked in Reykjavik and headed for the apartment where we were booked to stay for the next three nights. This was in the town of Hafnarfjordur, a few miles south of Reykjavik. Having dropped off our luggage we spent a few hours exploring, visiting the interesting museum, finding a good coffee and pastries then walking up to the viewpoint overlooking the town (the view is in the first extra). During the morning I saw a little sheltie having a walk and I just had to say hello to him. It was fun exploring the supermarket for some supplies for supper, breakfast and packed lunch for our tour tomorrow. I have added a second extra of some of the modern corrugated metal clad houses which I thought were very attractive. It was an early night for us as we were all rather tired.
