Oblique

Ages ago I offered my XR group an 'Open House' visit today to see how an eco-house can be and to talk about some of the advantages and problems. I no longer go to meetings nor take part in actions but I get all the group messages and have remained on friendly terms with the people I met there. Only two turned up. What I hadn't registered was that many of my cohort have also stepped back and there are a lot of new people. They will have seen the invitation as one to the home of someone they don't know, for no reason they can discern. I'll do it again but make my invitation clearer next time.

At least it means that I've done some housework and things look a bit less sluttish than they did 24 hours ago.
