a lovely dry and warm walk up the Cats Back, Knockfarrel hill fort, with plenty of Bel Heather blooming and a Redpoll singing.
On the way, drove along Lochindorb and was amazed to see about a thousand Greylags launching themselves into the water. It was the day the adults bring their fully grown goslings from the nest site. They do it en masse and it is quite a sight!
