Rare sighting

This is only the second swallowtail butterfly that I’ve seen. We usually see many more butterflies and bees, and we’ve only seen a couple of bees on the flowers that usually attract so many. Worrisome. Had to blip this.

G, Tiki and I had a good walk down Xwaaqw’um, staying mostly in the shade. We’re having very high temperatures, so other than the walk, we mostly just sat around relaxing and talking. Another very enjoyable day together.
