Table tennis and turrets

I played table tennis this afternoon with a friend who is now suffering from dementia. We had a good afternoon - the table is in the garden of the City Museum and as you can see from the photo, the sky was blue and it was warm! Hallelujah! It was fun and less strenuous than trying to hold a conversation. At the end of our afternoon she said how happy she was that she felt more like herself. I was so pleased as it felt like a risky thing to suggest.
I have also finished the mini calligraphy project and remembered to add the photo showing the size of the bicycle from yesterday’s blip.
