Wet

Spent most of the morning working on my festival waistcoat as I’m keen to get it finished for our first music festival in a couple of week’s time. Mr PHL braved the rain to take Phin to the country park for a run around.

Phin and I enjoyed a local walk before I made a quick dinner of gammon steak and chips before we headed out to our regular Tuesday meeting. Our speaker this evening was a lovely Ukrainian chap called Erik who has been living in Scotland for the past couple of years. His own club in Kharkiv still meets weekly but of the 24 members, only 11 remain in Ukraine so the meetings are online. He spoke very passionately and hopes one day to return to his homeland.
