Golden Eagle

Heygates flour mill seems to be having its front door redecorated and the eagle has been painted gold. The reason for the eagle is that the mill was originally called Eagle Rolling Mill. The original owner was Mr Jacob Mason Bird who appeared to have a thing about eagles as his old house, now the local Conservative club, was also called Eagle House. Obviously a man of some self importance he wasn't going to call it Sparrow Rolling Mill (did I hear someone murmur "tit"?).
Extras = Can anyone identify this transparent moth seen under our back door canopy? It may be a Clearwing but I'm no expert. I managed to get to different angles of it.
