The "get-out"...

...took less than 15 minutes...the set torn down, the furniture and props loaded into the car...the bendy men put in their box. All over...the buzz of the applause, the success...the adrenaline...all start to fade...an anti-climax - no.

I was so proud of the kids, five 17 year olds, so professional. That's why you do this job, to see them grow. Sod the exam stats, they've learned so much in the last four weeks, and so have we as their teachers.

Break on through, get out, and move on to the next one...but not before a well deserved break...6 more get-ups!
