A Kitchen day.

I do't usually Blip food the last time was 3rd December 2022.
But!
As we are entertaining on Saturday and out on Friday today was prep day so two curries done that'll go into the fridge once cooled to marinade and the Glühwein base made so that can also marinade.

I should say that when making a curry adding curry leaves makes a big difference to the flavour, I made a large chicken curry, split it in two, added coconut milk and almonds to one half and let it reduce a little.

Served with Basmati rice, Cauliflower rice, Naan bread and Mango chutney.

Just tonights dinner to do then!

Another beautiful day as I sit typing this the sun is shining through the open door to the deck and cooking my leg!
